Pride and Prejudice

LOVE THIS BOOK. SO SOO SOOO MUCH!!! ahhhhhh. I just wanna scream right now. And can I just have my own Mr. Darcy? Please. He's perfect. Forget Edward. hahah. Anyways, I love it. DEF reccomend reading it if you've just seen the movies. It stands by itself very well. I love summer reading. Wish I had more time to read during the school year, but oh well. Next up, The Hunger Games! I'm pretty excited. Peace out, girl scout :]

Reading and Writing.

So, as much as i miss UTAH. one of the things that i ABSOLUTELY LOVE about summer time is that i have time to read. and write for that matter. I'm reading Pride and Prejudice right now. SOOO GOOD. I forgot how much I LOVED that book. It is AMAZING. I also just bout Hunger Games. So I'm gonna start that after. I've heard it's really good :] I also have Stargirl that I want to read after that. As far as church stuff, I REALLY want to read Jesus the Christ. Like SOOO much. So I am gonna hopefully start that soon. And I am reading the Book of Mormon. Sooo good :] So yah. And as far as writing goes, I have been loving the time I've had to write in my journal, write mishs, write on my blog, etc. It's just been bomb. I am excited to get back to school though. Like SOOO FREAKIN' STOKED :] Anyways, it's gonn be BOMB. T-22 days!! The church is true!

24 Days.

Til I'm back in P-Town. Stoked out of my mind? YES. Scared that I still needa figure out what I'm doing with my life? you bet. Sad that I have to leave my family? Absolutely. Weirded out to go back to a school where there are no guys my age? Yep. Excited to leave and be on my own with three amazing roomies? More than I can say. Sad that I won't be seeing T. Lund for 3 and a half years? A little. So I guess with these thoughts and MANY more leaking out of my brain, you could say I have COMPLETELY mixed feelings... I dunno. We shall see how these next 24 days pan out. Only four more Sundays here. Only three more ULTIMATE Wednesdays. Only two more paychecks. WEIRD. but exciting. I need to practice more cause once I get back it'll be a blood bath to find a practice room just like last year. But. I HAVE to get a lot done these last few days. I need to learn cello music, prepare for two auditions, sew a dress, keep running to train for a half marathon that my CRAZY roomies are trying to talk me into, play LOTS of frisbee, work on getting a job back at the Y, finish working here, hang out with friends from home [Pup, Laura, Travis, J-Dawg, Nate, etc], go on splits with the Sister Mishs AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, finish Pride and Prejudice and possibly the Hunger Games, start Jesus the Christ, keep delving into the Book of Mormon, keep up with my journal writing, write all the mishs that I need to, and get some sleep before I return to school and won't be sleeping any more. Oh yah. And i needa FREAKING FIGURE OUT HOW I'M GETTING BACK DOWN TO UTAH... Cuz, right now i have NO idea. And people say summer is relaxing :] The church is true! Peace out.

sooo, this summer has basically consisted of working, cello, running, mish work, and frisbee. And it's been fun! i'd like to have more of a life than i do, but i dunno if that will happen. but GUESS WHAT i've become?! a little home maker. bahaha. k i might be exagerating a little, but i'm SEWING!!! I already made a SKIRT! and it only took me 4 DAYS. [As opposed to the last skirt/sewing proj that took me like 3 years, through miamaids and laurels.] bahaha. but yah. it's actually pretty cool! I like it. and i'm making a DRESS next. Sooo stoked. My mom's also making me 2 other dresses this summer! Can't wait!! Oh, and here's a pic of my CUTE skirt. I luuuhh it :]

Soooooo, I was just thinking. It is July 13th right now. And if i'm not mistaken, it has been about one year since i met one of ma BFFsssss. Talk to her and she'll give you the EXACT date we started hanging out hardcore parkour. Cuz she has it in her journal. hahah. One of the many reasons i love her. Anyways, just thought i'd list a couple pics and memories that have made my life in the past year. Starting with summer. Presidency meetings. 2 hour cannon sessions. Speed walking slash running at 6:30 in the morning. Eating whole pizzas by ourselves. Rock climbing. Ultimate. FHEs. Sleepovers in the Mezanine, Lobby, Basement, ect. Hiking the Y.

I know that Heavenly Father's timing is perfect and that one of the reasons things at the beginning of college happened like they did is so that I could meet YOU. you are not only ma BFF, but my sister. sunshine and summertime!

Mk, soooo sorry it's been like a month, but i am now officially home from Belgium and have been for two weeks tomorrow. Annnnnnd i'm job hunting. STUPIDEST THING OF MY LIFE. I just wanna start working. SOOO BAD. preferably at COSTCO! but we shall see. anyways, life has been bustling w/ change so i'm just gonna list a few.

~MA FRO! this is da big one. it's soooo SHORT. but idk, it's starting to grow on me.

~Journaling. This is one of the reasons i have not been blogging in a while. I've been writing in ma journal literally EVERYDAY!! it's been quite fantastic!

Kankles and Such :]

Sooooo, I am currently in Brussels, Belgium w/ one of ma best frans, Elise Osorio! It's only day two, and yesterday was mainly about conquering jet lag [which we did successfully] so i haven't done much yet. HOWEVER. The plane ride over here and the first day were exciting! Oh, also, Elise came to my house for a couple days before we went to Belgium. So that was also very fun. Anyways. The title of this post is dedicated to the current status of my ankles. No i didn't break my ankles so they're huge now, no i'm not preggo, and no i didn't put on 389740 pounds. However, I have kankles ATM. So long story short, I was changing into shorts yesterday afternoon cause me and Elise were gonna go running, and I looked down at my ankles. BIGGEST THINGS I EVER DID SEE. No seriously. DISCUSTING. Like wow. They didn't even like go in. It was gross. Anyways, so that was exciting. They're still pretty huge. Kinda freaked out about them when I saw them. slash still freakin' out. but. i hope they'll be good. Oh, and on the ppl sitting in front of us on the air plane thought me and elise were crazies. bahah. it was funnnnnny. Cuz we were talking to pooh bear and laughing like hardcore at the Delta video. Oh goodness. So yah. Oh yah. One more story. So I was filling up my car with gas when Elise was sitting in the front seat. And the door was open. Anyway, this lady from the pump across from me kept exclaiming, "Oh nooooo!" over and over again as she was talking on the phone and elise thought it was me saying it, so after like the 10th "oh no!" elise yelled out the door, "WHAT DID YOU DO FOOOOL?!" bahaha. oh my stars. I started laughing sooooo hard and elise was like craaaaaaaap. So yah. We just laughed HARDCORE PARKOUR at that for like half an hour. it was hilarious! I love Elise! and her fam fam and Belgium! andddd the Church is Trueeeee!
